Good Thoughts PLEASE

Well, we have an absolutely beautiful sign posted at the end of our driveway. We've been waiting for quite a while to put it up. It' s nice and white with black letters that says:
SALE PENDING
The next one (hopefully) will say SOLD. We had our home inspection today and we think everything went good. SO... please send some good thoughts (prayers, magical fairy dust, etc.) our way.
We've also found a house too. So, by Christmas, if everything works out we'll be in a new house.
