Where does the time go?!!!!

Less than 4 short years ago this little baby girl came into my life. I have a hard time believing that this little baby who was small enough to fit in the palms of my two hands is now in preschool. She has grown so much so fast, it's just amazing and sad. I am so proud of my little girl. Today was her first day of preschool and she set off like it was nothing. I had to pry her off me to get her to sit down with the rest of the kids (she's shy at first), but after she colored with them she took off with the other girls in the class and I didn't exist anymore. I think I'm OK with that. Looking back over her pictures though I'm still in shock as to where the time went. But these pictures always make me smile, especially her pickleface pictures. I miss the days when she was so small but I am so proud of how independent she has become. I just hope I can remember these days and cherish them for what they are...once in a lifetime moments. I'M PROUD OF YOU ELLA!
LOVE, Mommy

I have been looming...I promise

I know it's been a while since I posted. Life keeps me busy. I finally purchased a LynnMarkman loom. It's beautiful. I have yet to use it cause I have so many things going right now but it's next on my list. The baby dress, hat and pants are for the TTT charity project. I will be sending the pattern to Theresa and when people donate to the charity they will be able to receive the pattern. The pants have a sweater still on the loom to go with it. I want to add some booties to this pattern set as well. The long sweater is something I am making to wear to my cousin's wedding this weekend. I bought the dress and was going to through my stash of yarn with no luck finding something to look good with it. Then, wonderful, terrific, astounding Dora Renee sent me a goodie box that had a skein of yarn in it that was so ABSOLUTELY PERFECT I almost thought she had some type of super sixth sense! It has a color in it that matches the dress so perfect. This will eventually be a pattern too (and a plus size pattern at that since I've gotten elephant size). I also made Ella some of the scuffie slippers from Lisa Sawyer's pattern on one of CinDwood's looms. They turned out really cute, now bubby and sissy want some too... my list keeps getting longer. I'm going to try to sell some stuff in some local craft shows for Christmas money so I will be looming my butt off. I have a few "secret" projects going on as well..can't tell ya yet but I think everyone will like them.
